Good Morning 2012

Good Morning World and Happy New Year.


Woken by Pumpkin and informed that it was morning. Pumpkin, in turn, was woken by Zena the dog and Gomez the cat!  Pumpkin is working her way through left-over Christmas crackers, having woken an extremely grumpy teenager, and I am working my way through my Redbush tea. Husband is writing his blog, covered in Christmas stickers and wearing several Christmas hats, overseen by his adoring niece who has just told him that he is her favourite "boy"! The world through the eyes of a 5 year old really is quite wonderful. Life is simple. She asks to have her needs met. She lives completely in the moment. She is quite simply happy. There are no grudges, no stored worries or grievances. Are all children natural Buddhists?
